Admission Requirements
Applicants to Graduate Certificate programs must submit an official transcript demonstrating proof of successful completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree program. Centennial College will also consider applicants presenting partial post-secondary (eight college or university credits) in media production or engineering technology.
Non-academic Requirements
- Program information session
- Portfolio review
- Students can apply for transfer credits, advanced standing and Prior Learning and Recognition (PLAR).
- In order to bring these two groups to a level of equivalence, students in engineering technology and those in media design will be expected to qualify for advanced standing in two courses in their respective disciplines in the first semester.
The qualification requirements and costs for each external accreditation, designation, certification or recognition are set by the granting body and not by Centennial College. In order to qualify for any of those external accreditation, designations, certification or recognition, students and graduates will need to follow the processes and meet the applicable requirements listed on the websites and materials of those external bodies.
